I have been on the paleo diet for about a year now. Have I been 100% paleo this entire time, absolutely not! But, I do believe in the philosophy of eating less processed food and going gluten-free, to name a few! This way of eating, along with exercise, has definitely helped me in my weight loss journey.
For today's Food Friday I'd like to share a few of my favorite go-to blogs for recipes. My favorite thing about these blogs is that the recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. I don't have time to make fancy meals every day or to be in the kitchen for hours, so anything that can be done quickly and tastes good is a winner in my book.
