October rocked! It was a crazy busy month, but I managed to meet most of my health & fitness goals and I am so happy about that!
I ran a total of 56.5 miles last month, I got out there and ran some trails, managed to lose 4 pounds, and drink my water! If I didn't reach 100 oz a day, I came close most days and I'm ok with that! I managed about a day and a half on the sugar detox, but again, I'm ok with that too!
This weekend I didn't do so good and with that I'm not ok! But there's nothing like a Monday to get you back on track! Here are my goals for November! Let's do it! Who's with me?
