So how about that Super Bowl game, huh? I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of the sport, but I do love a good Super Bowl Party! I had such a nice time yesterday with family and good friends eating, laughing, and just chatting it up! Needless to say, it was a cheat meal sorta day! I enjoyed that yummy food, but now it's time to move on and get back on track! What better way to do that than to share some of my goals for this month with you. I think small, attainable goals set are great and Saturday I shared my goals for February on Instagram as part of the #grinderglamchallenge.
