March Fitness Goals & February Update

I'm a bit late getting this post up being that it's already March 11th!  But, I though I should share it anyways, since I'm really trying (key word is: TRYING) to keep myself accountable.  I will admit that although working out and running are major parts of my life and daily schedule, I am really having a hard time with eating properly, specifically on weekends when we are on the go and eating out.  It's so hard for me to order a healthy meal at a restaurant or to say no to the big bowl of Doritos (aka Kryptonite) at a party.  So, on March 1st I came up with this small list of goals for the month: 

Did you notice how I worte "less indulging" rather than "no indulging".  I have to keep it real.  I'll admit that 2 weekends into it, I am not real happy with myself on this one :/
