April Fitness Goals & March Update

Yet again I am late getting this post up! But, better late than never, right?   Here are my results from my March Goals:  

Food is just my nemesis, especially on the weekends and especially when my weekends are jam packed with things to do.  I wasn't 100% terrible, but I did indulge a bit more than I wanted to.  Also, didn't run 1 virtual race like I wanted to, just honestly, didn't have the time.  I'm registered for 10 races so far this year and I'm confident I will make it to my goal of 14 in 2014 even with this one missed virtual race.  And, in an effort to continue with my accountability, here are my goals for this month: 

April, like March, is proving to be a very busy month, but I am up for the challenge.  I'm ready to see some changes.  I've been flatlined for way too long.  It's time to put in some real work and see some real results.
