Another not-so-great week of half marathon. I started feeling a bit sick towards the end of the week and I was just trying to ignore it & hoping it was just allergies. But it didn't go away and I'm dealing with a nasty head cold and the worse sinus pressure I've had in a long time. Sunday just ended up being a totally lazy day for me and I spent most of my time on the couch with a cup of tea....I'm hoping it goes away soon because I have a half marathon to train for (ain't nobody got time for that!)
Tuesday: 3.5 mile treadmill run
Wednesday: REST (not scheduled, just didn't make it)
Thursday: Stretch & Strength Training Session
Friday: 2 miles on treadmill + Pilates
Saturday: 5 mile run outside (best run of the week!)
Sunday: SICK DAY
Here's to feeling better and having good week of healthy eating and exercising!! My goal is to not miss a scheduled workout this week and get back on track with training. Let's hope this sinus pressure goes away soon... What do you plan on doing this week to help reach your weight loss/training goals?
