Half Marathon Training Recap | Week 4

Hope you all had a great weekend!  Mine was packed with activities!  We photographed a wedding on Saturday (I'm a wedding photographer in Vegas!) then woke up early for a 5K trail run on Sunday (full recap of that tomorrow).  I ended the weekend with a bang and enjoyed a little shoe shopping and a much needed happy hour with some girlfriends.  

I'm keeping the recap short & sweet since there's no school today and the kiddos and I are off to  enjoy a nice day  :) 

Monday:  REST

Tuesday: 3.5 miles on the treadmill then some stretches & ab work at the gym

Wednesday:  Pure Intensity Training Class

Thursday: Strength Training with Personal Trainer

Friday: Unscheduled rest day - car problems in the morning then a busy afternoon with work appointments  

Saturday: 4 mile run outside - I was supposed to run 6, but got a late start and the heat was getting unbearable :/ 

Sunday: Wildfire Awareness 5K Trail Race (3.1 miles)  

Total Miles:  10.60

I really need to up my mileage in the coming weeks! Let's see how it goes!
