Woohoo I felt so much better about my training this past week. It was a nice re-boot and although I'm still sore, I feel great knowing that I'm back on track and training hard! I also made better food choices and less "treats"! I had book club with my girls on Friday, so I did indulge in some yummy Middle Eastern food & wine, but other than that, I stayed on track with my Paleo meals :)
Here's the rundown of the week!
Monday: 6 mile run ( 3 miles on treadmill & 3 miles on the indoor track at the gym)
Tuesday: 4 mile run (2 treadmill & 2 track) then ab work
Wednesday: 1 hr. PIT (Pure Intensity Training) Class
Thursday: 1 hr. Strength Training Session with Personal Trainer
Friday: - 1 hr Pilates
Saturday: RECOVERY DAY
Sunday: 9 mile group hike/run to Fletcher Peak in Mt. Charleston with 3,300 ft. elevation gain. It was brutal but awesome at the same time.
Total Miles: 19 miles (YAY!!!)
