August Health & Fitness Goals

After yesterday's post about setting monthly goals, you know I had to share this months goals, right? Before I go into those, though, here's the recap for meeting my July goals:

All in all, I was happy with July.  I met most of the goals I'd set, but now with Spartan races coming up in September, I've gotta kick it up a notch and focus on getting stronger.  So, here are August goals:

I also want to drink 100 oz of water a day!  Right now, I'm drinking about  72 oz so it's not too drastic, but just enough to send me to the potty about every 5 minutes ;)
