March Fitness Goals

With the marathon training done, I must say I am looking forward to less running in the next few months.  I have definitely noticed I've lost some upper body strength and I'm looking forward to working hard to get it back.  Here's what I'm aiming to accomplish this month:

I'm excited to be running Spartan with the hubs this month.  Some people say he's crazy for signing up for another one after he broke his ankle in January 2015 at the Spartan Sprint in Temecula, but I get it.  It's a need for redemption and I'm looking forward to running alongside him.  Eating healthy isn't a problem for me, I love to eat healthy foods.  But, I also love to eat some unhealthy foods and that's gotta stop.  I need to focus and that means, more veggies and protein, less cheat meals, more water and less wine.  Since races keep me motivated, I'm looking to sign up for a 10K or so in April to keep up with my running.
